Details

This strategy is about countering all forms of extremism: violent and non-violent; Islamist and the neo-Nazi. It will improve our understanding of the causes and impacts of extremism and do more to:

  • counter the extremist ideology
  • build a partnership with all those opposed to extremism
  • disrupt extremists
  • build more cohesive communities

The strategy also explains how the government will work in partnership with everyone who wants to defeat extremism.
